Stereotype threat in chess

Video games and cognition

This project focuses on the benefits of video game play for cognitive skills that improve science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) outcomes. There is considerable research demonstrating the value of spatial skills in STEM fields and also research showing how training, using first-person perspective video games, enhances spatial thinking.
